<li>Holiday themes are fun, but not all countries observe the same holidays</li>
<li>Season specific themes are tough because they differ from region to region</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Challenges should not require certain technologies or hardware. We want these events to be accessible to everyone.</li>
<li>Participation is always free.</li>
</ul>
